Liam Payne Prepares His First Gift For His Firstborn: A Gym, Underground Pool And Snooker Room

Since One Direction's hiatus began in 2015, the band members aren't hitting the headlines that much these days. And after each member walked away from the group, there are also no news that have been heard if the band will ever have a chance to get back together. While the whole band's headlong journey of their career is still in dormant state, reports are fast spreading regarding the One Direction star Liam Payne's luxury house.

According to Mirror, the dad-to-be is busy on the renovating their house with Cheryl Cole. The mansion is set to be a very glamorous gift for his first child. Cole is rumored to give birth a few more weeks away this March. Payne applied in a planning permission, which means that he will make some major renovations to his six-bedroom Sussex mansion, planning to convert three garages into an enormous splendid snooker room. Though, the renovation will not cover the nursery room for their baby.

As reported by Daily Mail, the couple never directly addressed any inquiries about the pregnancy issue recently and never much make any public appearances. Rumors began to disperse that Cole was in labor and was about to give birth when the couple had been not active on Twitter and other social media sites for a few days. There hasn't been any confirmation over this issue. This various speculation also emerged after her former Girls Aloud mates gives touching tributes to their friend.

Going back, with the final preparations of the One Direction star to his home for the arrival of his first child, there are also plans to build a massive underground gym and a classy swimming pool to his Sussex pad. It was reported that the construction will be finished in March the same time that his baby is due.

With the arrival of his first baby only a few weeks away in mind, Payne is still busy pursuing his solo career. The 23-year-old singer has been releasing snippets of his new music to give a taste to fans all the way back last year.
