The feud between Justin Bieber and The Weeknd is refusing to die down, especially after the latter dropped the diss track "Some Way" last week. The track, which refrained from taking any names, indirectly insinuated how Selena Gomez chose The Weeknd over Bieber. People were waiting to hear what Bieber might have to say about the track and he finally has!

While rumors about Gomez dating The Weeknd have been confirmed for weeks now, things did not get bitter between Gomez's ex and her current beau until Bieber went hard at The Weeknd, criticizing his music. After openly talking trash about The Weeknd's music in front of the paparazzi, Bieber went on Instagram to mock the song "Starboy" in the past week, J-14 reports.

As the perfect reply, The Weeknd lashed back through his music, releasing the track "Some Way", which bragged about the fact that he was able to steal Bieber's ex-girlfriend from him. Subtlety has never been The Weeknd's strong suit and hence his diss track was filled with self-explanatory lyrics like, "I think your girl, your girl, fell in love with me..."

People waited with Bieber's equally stinging answer, but it never came, leading them to believe that he must be working on his own version of a diss track. Finally, a source close to Bieber has commented on why there has been no word from him so far.

According to the source, Bieber is busy for his upcoming concert and has no time to waste on fussing over a diss track dropped by his current rival, Dolly reports. All his energies are solely focused on making his concert a success, for the millions of fans waiting for it with bated breath.

Even though such a level of restraint is uncharacteristic of Bieber, his fans can appreciate the fact that he is rising above it all being the bigger person. After all, his music is what he is most loved for and should continue to strive for, no matter what.
