There are ex-wives who are jealous of their former husbands moving on and having kids with other women, but not Mariah Carey. She was gracious enough to extend her heart-felt congratulations to her ex-husband, Nick Cannon, who just had had a son, Golden "Sagon" Cannon, with his partner, Britney Bell.

A healthy Golden Cannon arrived on earth on February 21, and no one was more excited than his dad. Nick Cannon posted a black and white picture of him cradling his newborn son to his chest with the caption, "Weeping may endure for a night, but Joy cometh in the morning! No matter how hard the world may hit you, God always reminds us of our purpose! True happiness. Welcome to Earth son! Golden 'Sagon' Cannon 2/21/17. Awakened," Yahoo News reports.

Everyone was eager to find out what Cannon's ex-wife thought of it all. As it turns out, the "We Belong Together" singer is the coolest ex anyone could ever hope for. Mariah Carey was never kept in the dark regarding the arrival of baby Golden and as soon as she got the good news, she reached out to Cannon to congratulate him, E! News reports. Apparently, they share a friendly relationship between them and only want to focus on bringing up their kids together.

Cannon has even broken the news to his twins, with Carey, Moroccan Cannon and Monroe Cannon, and there is no family drama there either. The twins love the idea of having a brand new sibling!

Even though they split up a while back, Cannon and Carey have always stood by each other in times of need. Carey is known to cancel her vacation and rush to Cannon's side when he was suffering from a Lupus flare up. She made sure that she stuck around until he was all better and back on his feet again. Besides, their Instagram pages are dedicated to pictures of family time with their kids, further proving their amicable relationship.
