Samsung Galaxy S8 Leaked Video Features Large Screen Variants and Finger-print Sensor

From a short video clip that leaked online, it shows two versions of Samsung Galaxy S8. The two versions came out to be 5.8 inches and the S8 Plus with giant 6.2-inch AMOLED screen into its glass and metal shell, with the fingerprint sensor.

After the short clip comes out rumors regarding the status of Samsung Galaxy S8 that includes an edge-to-edge display which is curved on one side. It looked similar to its previous version Samsung Galaxy S7 edge device.

According to ZD Net, the video shows working units of the device and it also has bezel-less displays, similar with Galaxy S7 Edge. There are also no soft-touch buttons found on the device, unlike the previous ones.

Forbes also reported that besides its sizes, Samsung Galaxy S8 has rounded corners unlike the LG G6, yet GS8 has smoother curves. Though there are no physical buttons for navigating the OS, the leaked video has shown the fingerprint sensor which is located at the back beside the camera.

However, there are also missing parts in the Samsung Galaxy S8 units, like its 3.5mm headphone jack which seemingly imitating Apple designs. Making a switch over to Bluetooth connectivity. USB-C connectivity port is also found at the bottom of the phone.

As expected, the device is also waterproof designed that features 64GB of expandable memory and wireless charging. Samsung Pay and security via Samsung's Knox is also featured.

Though the video doesn't share much about the devices. On March 29, Samsung will finally unveil Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus at its Mobile World Congress. There will be tons of surprises and announcement to be expected on this event, which may also introduce other Samsung devices. This video has left only rumors which can be taken with a grain of salt.
