A new report is swirling online and fans are unhappy about it. Princess Diana's grave is reportedly empty. Instead of lying at the memorial site in England, the body of Prince Charles' ex-wife is reportedly beside her father at the St. Mary's Church.

According to the new claim, the Princess of Wales was never buried at the famous memorial site in England. Sources allegedly revealed that security issues were the reasons why Princess Diana was not buried on the site where fans believe her remains lie. Such rumors have been slammed previously.

However, it appears that some tabloids are trying to ignite talks about the conspiracy theories revolving around the tragic death of Princess Diana. Prince Charles' ex-wife was killed in a tragic car accident after paparazzi chased after the Princess of Wales' vehicle. Until now, there are theories suggesting Princess Diana's death was a conspiracy.

Although Kensington Palace has not yet responded to the new rumors, a report from last year may keep fans at peace. According to a 2016 report by the Telegraph, the site were Princess Diana has been buried will be treated with a multi-million dollar revamp. This means that the remains of Prince William and Prince Harry's mother are where they should be.

The site noted that Earl Spencer's third wife, Lady Karen, will oversee the re-construction of the site. The revamp is said to "honor" the memory of the late Princess Diana. The decision was also made after Darren McGrady, Princess Diana's former chef, revealed to the public that the burial grounds were "neglected."

PEOPLE added at that time that the redesign of the famous gravesite will be completed by August of this year. It is worth noting that the completion date has been set on the 20th anniversary of Princess Diana's fateful death. Details about the redesign are expected to be revealed to the public before August 2017.
