'Blue Bloods' Season 7 Spoilers: Possible Love Triangle of Eddie, Jamie & His New Partner

Partners turned lovers, Jamie (Will Estes) and Eddie (Vanessa Ray), will face trouble in their relationship when “Blue Bloods” Season 7 returns after its hiatus. It seems that there will be a new woman in Jamie’s life. Will it spell the end for the relationship which the show’s fans have long waited and hoped for?

Estes posted on Instagram a photo of himself with another woman. Both are seen wearing police uniforms and the actor teased that she is his new partner in “Blue Bloods” Season 7. The photo’s caption was, "Me and my new partner on Blue Bloods! Sarah Mezzanotte." This triggered a lot of speculations as to why his character will be needing a new partner. A lot of fans think that the new actress will be introduced as the third party in Jamie and Eddie’s relationship.

It will be interesting to watch how the couple will handle this bump in their relationship as they take on cases in the coming episodes of “Blue Bloods” Season 7. In the next episode, Jamie and Eddie suspect foul play when a woman’s 911 call is ignored by the EMT according to the synopsis by The Futon Critic. She is calling for her deadly reaction to the medicine which is supposed to keep her alive.

It will later be found out by the police that the EMT that is supposed to respond to her call happens to be her husband. But, he deliberately chose to ignore it. In the “Blue Bloods” episode titled “Shadow of a Doubt,” partners Jamie and Eddie believe that the husband really wanted to see his wife suffer.

Also in the next “Blue Bloods” Season 7 episode, Erin (Bridget Moynahan) finding out that the man she helped get convicted a few years back is actually innocent. She wants to correct the injustice done but, can she?

Meanwhile, Frank (Tom Selleck) will have his own crisis according to Cartermatt. Frank will have to deal with a PR crisis in his department in the "Blue Bloods" Season 7 episode. A major expose involving his de facto chief of staff Garrett Moore (Gregory Ibara) will be made public. Knowing that the name of the NYPD is at stake, Frank has no choice but to do the best he can to control the damage. The episode will air on Friday, March 10, on CBS.
