Mischa Barton Claims She's Victim Of 'Revenge Porn' By Ex Boyfriend; Files Restraining Orders

Another celebrity has been facing a scandalous sex tape. Former "The OC" actress and model Mischa Barton has been reportedly part of a sex tape. Barton revealed that the sex tape of her being bidded among porn sites is actually 'revenge porn' and was secretly recorded by an ex-boyfriend without her consent.

According to Daily Mail, the x-rated video shows Barton having sexual intercourse with a dark haired male. The said tape is being offered to the highest bidder with an initial bid starting at $500,000. Kevin Bloker revealed that three large online porn sites, YouPorn.com, Porn.com,and RedTube.com have reviewed it and are all seriously considering the offer.

Bloke further revealed that he has seen the stills of the tape and said that it was clearly Mischa in his opinion. According to him, the actress can be seen performing a sex act and can be seen having sex in various positions while wearing only a gray hoodie.

That being said still, a number of porn companies are considering the offer. Thus, Barton took legal action. "Ms. Barton does not consent to any disclosure of any such images. She believes that she was recorded without her consent by someone she was seeing at the time. There's a name for this disgusting conduct: revenge pornography. Revenge pornography is a form of sexual assault, and it is also a crime and a civil wrong in California. And we will not stand for it," the actress' lawyer Lisa Bloom said.

Mischa Barton said that those responsible for offering the tape to porn companies are 'disgusting'. The actress and model appeared to be in good condition earlier this month through a stunning photo shoot. And now, many are worried that this scandal will affect her emotional well-being, as reported by The Sun.

Now at 31 years old, Barton had been under the limelight with bad publicity due to her meltdowns. Just this year, the actress was photographed and caught screaming in her backyard while hanging over a fence. She has also damaged her apartment building while driving a with a U-Haul moving truck.
