"Pokemon Go!" Egg hatching is very similar to that of the original game. The player must walk a distance to hatch the egg into a Pokemon. This makes exercising indoors a no-no for the egg hatching players of the game. Fortunately, Niantic began to see through that.

According to Express, Niantic is working with Apple to make a feature that will count the steps of the player while exercising indoors. David Hollin, a technical artist in "Pokemon Go!" stated in an interview on "Animation on Display" convention that Niantic is already cooking this feature. This will make egg-hatching easier, and possible, in the cases where going outdoors isn't an option.

There is still no information as to the feasibility of this feature. And there is still no news about how it will work and what devices will it work on. But Hollin hinted the possibility of the feature debuting on Apple Watches. It is worth to note that Niantic released Apple Watch support for "Pokemon Go!" earlier this year.

Hollin gave more updates and plans for "Pokemon Go!". According to Go Nintendo, more info about the game was revealed by Hollin in "Origins of Pokemon Go" discussion. It is also revealed that the game was started in April 2014 as an April Fools Joke from Google. Fans will surely remember that.

It was revealed that the "Trading" feature is in the works but the devs are taking their time making it. It is, after all, going to be a main part of the game. It is also revealed that weather-related spawns might be a thing in the future. When asked about "Shiny Pokemon" on "Pokemon Go!" the artist says "No Comment".

Niantic is also reading on Reddit to find new "Pokemon Go!" bugs found by players. In this way, the fixes will be incorporated into the game much quicker. Bugs that are found and fixed also gives the game more stability and players will have more desirable experiences.
