Kim Kardashian, Kanye West Divorce: KUWTK Paris Robbery Episode Was Reportedly A Deal Breaker

Kim Kardashian has reportedly begun the process of attaining a divorce from her husband, Kanye West, whom she married in 2014. The reason behind this drastic decision is a serious fallout between the two, regarding the episode of "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" where Kim revealed every little detail of the Paris robbery that took place last year.

According to Unreality TV, Kanye West never wanted Kim Kardashian to divulge information surrounding the robbery incident involving her in Paris. Kanye did not want Kim to reveal any of the vulnerable moments following the incident because it was too personal and intimate to make them public knowledge. But Kim defied her husband's wish and did an extensive episode exposing all the things that she went through during the mishap for the sake of ratings.

"[Kim] went directly against [Kanye's] wishes and exposed every detail on camera," revealed an insider. "They had a huge fight, and he stormed out." This prompted Kim Kardashian to meet up with her lawyer to assemble papers in order to file for divorce from Kanye West.

Rumors of Kim Kardashian wanting a divorce from her husband, Kanye West, began circulating in December, last year. 2016 was a really stressful year for the couple as Kim was robbed by five masked men at gunpoint in October and soon after, Kanye suffered a mental breakdown during one of the concerts, which forced him to abandon the show midway and get hospitalized. The latter forced Kim, who spent weeks, staying cooped up in a traumatized condition in her house and avoiding the media, to cancel her first public appearance since the robbery and rush to the aid of her husband.

Kim Kardashian was really disappointed on the fact that instead of supporting her at such a trying time, Kanye West had escalated the issue by first leaving her to conduct his musical tours and later suffering a nervous breakdown. According to Us Weekly, Kim was ready to divorce her husband of 2 years but was considering reevaluating the circumstances before taking a final decision.
