'Dancing With The Stars' Updates: Get Naya Rivera's Support, Heather Morris Performed Superbly

"Dancing With The Stars" has returned to the screen on Monday, March 20, for its 24th season. For this time around, Heather Morris who got herself known from her role in "Glee" certified her participation. This means, for the second time, "Glee" cast chip in this dance competition after in 2013, Amber Riley get to bring the Mirrorball Trophy home. Previously, as ABC confirmed Morris will join this competition by paired up with Maksim Chmerkovskiy.

Before Morris dive right into "Dancing With The Stars" dance floor, Naya Rivera as her Glee co-star's pointed her support for her. Asked in her interview with PEOPLE about Morris's participation in this pairing-off, Rivera said: "When I saw the news I was so excited." She will always stick up for Morris, though she is confident her friend will not show up to disappoint, she added.

Of course, Rivera is not needed to worry for Morris previously has proven her skills in dancing. Once being Beyoncé's  backup dancer and at the other time competed in So You Think You Can Dance Season 2, Morris has made the audience has no doubt on her ability. On the other hand, Morris was blasted for having this proficient background by others cast for "Dancing With The Stars" Season 24. They thought it was unfair for an experienced dancer to tune in this competition.

However, Morris responded to the criticism leisurely and promised to toss her best for "Dancing With The Stars". Accordingly, Morris paid for this promise with an outstanding performance in its premiere earlier this week. Siding with Morris, Julianne Hough who was sitting on the judging panel stated that dancing in the ballroom is a difficult thing to do, as quoted in The Washington Post. And also, Bruno Tonioli flung a compliment to this Brittany girl for her magical performance.

Shortly after "Dancing With The Stars" premiere was aired, Morris shared that Naya Rivera got more excited about her participation in this dance competition. She even wanted to sit in the audience to directly witness Morris hustling on the dance floor. Moreover, the other Glee cast, Kevin McHale, also expressed his itch to see Morris.
