‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ Spoilers: Brooke Sees Ridge, Quinn Kiss; Sally Takes A Splash

Quinn tells Ridge that it is the beginning of his new life with Brooke. Ridge, on the other hand, says it is the end of their foolishness. The pair agrees to stop seeing each other in secret before things get worse.

However, before they part Ridge and Quinn kiss on the beach, according to Information Overload. This is when Brooke accidentally sees them.
