Ed Sheeran, Jimmy Fallon & The Roots Sing ‘Shape of You’ In ‘The Tonight’s Show'

Ed Sheeran performs hit song "Shape Of You" in the "Classroom Instruments" series of "The Tonight Show". While shaking a banana shaped percussion, Sheeran was backed up by the show's host Jimmy Fallon and the renowned hip -hop group The Roots.

According to U Interview, the performance was accompanied by toy instruments. Sheeran's percussion was a banana shaped shaker. The "Shape Of You" artist sang his hit song over a mix of kazoo ukulele and xylophone.

The British crooner's chart topping song came fresh from a hot remix from the D.C. rapper Wale. The "Classroom Instruments" version of Sheeran' hit song was completely in contrast its original studio version with its light pop. But with a little help from The Roots' vocals in the background, the song's rendition for Fallon's "The Tonight Show" retained its unique playfulness says Rap Up.

The "Shape Of You" performance was pulled off with the help of toy instruments. Sheeran was using a percussion shaker that was in the shape of a banana. The singer belted the chart topping song over a mix of kazoo ukulele and a toy xylophone. Before Ed Sheeran and his hit "Shape Of You", the "Classroom Instruments" segment of Fallon's "The Tonight Show" has featured "Your Body" by Christina Aguilera and "All I Want for Christmas is You" by Mariah Carey, "All About That Bass" by Meghan Trainor's and "Hello" by Adele.

Ed Sheeran's hit song "Shape of You" which was released along with "Castle on the Hill" helped the British singer to make history. Last month, he became the very first singer to debut two singles in the top 10 on the Billboard Hot 100 simultaneously.

After setting history, Ed Sheeran has performed his enchanting piece on various shows including "Saturday Night Live", the Grammys and recently, the classroom version in "The Tonight Show". The hit maker also debuted another lovely piece, "How Would You Feel (Paean)" and released an acoustic performance video for a new song entitled "Eraser."
