Prince William Smartly Avoids The Public Eye After Switzerland Vacay Disaster

The royal family is usually under the spotlight however, it seems that Prince William is temporarily avoiding the public. Kate Middleton and Prince Harry have made a number of public appearances this past week without Kate's husband, Prince William. Kate made an appearance for a special Heads Together event while Prince Harry made his presence known on the reception of International Marine Day. On the other hand, Prince William was not seen on any public event.

Some speculated that Prince William is hiding due to embarrassment for his disastrous ski trip to Vernier, Switzerland a week ago. An awkward moment of Prince William caught dancing at a nightclub inside a luxurious resort in Switzerland has inspired numerous memes online. Because of this online taunting, Prince William has allegedly decided to skip the limelight for now until the embarrassment subsides, as reported by People.

Apparently, Prince William made a smart move in avoiding any paparazzi or public appearance for now. As any royal entitled to do so, it is better to give the tabloids a break. Meanwhile, the Prince is reportedly blaming his PR team for the mortifying moment. This was speculated based on previous reports suggesting that Prince William tends to become erratic and impatient to his managing team. However, many denied such reports stating that the Prince and his family are very professional and humbly wishes to do things like a commoner.

The Princes' grandmother, Queen Elizabeth is allegedly furious of how the tabloid represented Prince William's behavior and the frequent skipping of Prince Harry's scheduled public appearances, adding controversies regarding the royal family. What more, Meghan Markle is under scrutiny for dating Prince Harry. Queen Elizabeth insisted that her grandsons are of good behavior and are already adults so they can make decisions of their own.

Not to mention, it seems that Prince William and the royal family of Buckingham Palace has been getting a lot of bad press lately. The Duke of Cambridge and his wife were rumored numerous times of having a troubled married life, suggesting that the royal couple may divorce soon. However, these rumors were denied. In fact, William and Kate have been in good spirits even after the ski trip in Switzerland and are very happy during the Saint Patrick's Day shamrock ceremony and their two-day trip to Paris, according to Vogue.
