Amanda Bynes has been ordered three years of probation in addition to paying a $300 fine after pleading no contest to driving with a suspended license on Thursday.

Richard Hutton, Bynes' attorney, entered the no contest plea on her behalf in court in Burbank, California on Thursday, according to The Celebrity Cafe.

The case began in September when her license had been suspended after a few alleged, and since-settled, hit-and-run incidents in the wake of a previous arrest on suspicion of DUI in April 2012, which is still pending, the Los Angeles Times reports.

Bynes, 27, reportedly side-swiped a police car in West Hollywood back in April and was taken into custody after refusing to take a breathalyzer test at the scene of the accident, Fox News reports.

More recently, in September, Bynes' car was impounded right out from under her after she was found driving with a suspended license, the LA Times reports.

Bynes currently lives in New York City and, in addition to having to pay a $300 fine, she is currently under three years of probation, which requires her to obey all laws and refrain from driving without a valid license and insurance in the future, according to Mercury News.

Hutton told E! News that his client, Bynes, "is relieved and gratified to put this matter behind her."
