Former NBA baller Dennis Rodman is ready to personally negotiate with the supreme leader of North Korea, Kim Jong-Un - and all because President Obama "can't do sh#t." TMZ recently caught up with the "Celebrity Apprentice" troublemaker, who claims he's preparing to visit North Korea again this August. This time, Rodman'll hopefully come home with Kenneth Bae - the American prisoner who was sentenced to 15 years of hard labor in North Korea for allegedly plotting to overthrow the government. In the exclusive TMZ clip, Rodman basically rips on the Prez, ultimately exclaiming "Obama? F#ck him!" Check out the (amusingly) shocking impromptu video below...

Rodman flew off to North Korea to talk political business with Jong-Un earlier this year... and apparently the two hit things off pretty well:

And now Rodman's ready to head back... with a mission. "The Worm" wants to rescue American prisoner Kenneth Bae... and he's furious that Obama hasn't taken more action to do so.

"I'm gonna try and get the guy out," Rodman blatently states to TMZ. "It's gonna be difficult."

He then goes on to bash the President - "We got a black president [who] can't even go talk to [Jong-un] ... Obama can't do sh#t, I don't know why he won't go talk to him... Obama? F#ck him!"

Even with the anti-Obama rant, Rodman concludes with, "I'm not a diplomat."

Do fans think Rodman is the answer to world peace?
