Blac Chyna's request to trademark the name Angela Renee Kardashian has been rejected in court. It turns out that the Kardashian sisters have won against the trademark filing. Sisters Kim, Khloe, and Kourtney filed documents to block the model's desire to take in their last name.

According to TMZ, Blac Chyna is not getting the last name of the Kardashians. The so-called "video vixen" has been rejected of owning the rights to the name Angela Renee Kardashian. The Kardashians reportedly stopped Chyna from using their last name for the purpose of profits.

Now that the court has decided to stop Blac Chyna from using Angela Renee Kardashian for any trademark-related ventures, she will remain Angela Renee White. The Kardashian sisters filed against Chyna's request in December. At that time, Chyna is said to have presumed that her wedding with Rob Kardashian would push through.

According to PEOPLE, in documents filed by the Kardashian sisters, it is said that Blac Chyna wants to seek "profit from the goodwill and popularity" that the clan's last name can offer. A source close to Rob Kardashian's baby momma said Chyna is not doing anything wrong.

The insider added that Blac Chyna only wants to trademark the name since she will be using it after she gets married to Rob Kardashian. The reality star also reportedly wants to "share" the last name of her daughter with the brother of Kim, Khloe, and Kourtney.

The Kardashian sisters have yet to officially comment on the court's decision. Blac Chyna has also stayed mum on the topic. Amid rumors that the mother of Tyga's son and Rob have broken up, new videos of the two getting loved up have been uploaded on social media.

According to Mirror, Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna seemed to let the world know over the weekend that they are back together. The couple posted a series of videos on Snapchat as they appeared sweet and in love again.
