Somerhalder and Bomer continue to stir avid Mr. Grey buzz on the web... typically alongside fellow Anastasia Steele fan-favorites Nina Dobrev and Alexis Bledel. The only problem is... the "Vampire Diaries" sweethearts just broke up, and Bledel doesn't seem too interested in pursuing the erotic role (especially since she just got engaged to "Mad Men" co-star Vincent Kartheiser). Some fans think that Somerhalder has the perfect look and attitude to portray the suave, handsome, and successful businessman Christian Grey. Those piercing eyes and that silky brunette mane could probably do the trick, and his role as the sexy, "bad boy" vampire Damon Salvatore in the hitCW television series "Vampire Diaries" leaves some fans swooning.

Matt Bomer, 35, "White Collar" -

Bomer hasn't had too many "huge" acting roles throughout his career, which could make him the perfect contender for Christian Grey. It's a known fact that "Fifty Shades" producers don't want a huge star associated with any specific film/television genre to take on the lead role. Bomer meets the part physically - he fits the tall, dark, and handsome description quite well and has a rather smooth and charming way about him. 

But enough drooling over sexy Mr. Grey... how about "Nikita" babe Lyndsy Fonseca starring as the sweet-and-innocent Anastasia Steele? The pretty brunette hasn't garnered too much Miss Steele recognition, but apparently some fans think she'd be perfect for the kinky part:
