Kim Kardashian Pregnant, 'Abused' by Kanye West? Baby Bump-Flaunting Starlet Admits KimYe 'Live Different Lives,' Momager Kris Jenner 'Worried' about Image

In a recent cover issue of Fabulous magazine, pregnant reality starlet Kim Kardashian admits that she lives a totally different life from rapper beau, Kanye West. The baby bump-flaunting socialite seems perfectly fine with this fact - but apparently several members of the Kardashian clan (especially Kim's momager Kris Jenner) beg to differ. Alleged insiders claim that Jenner views West's treatment of Kimmy as borderline abusive... not exactly in the physical sense, but more mental. Over the weekend, West hit his head on a metal sign while attempting to dodge the paparazzi. The "Gold Digger" crooner totally flipped out on the photogs following the incident... with pregnant Kim K right by his side. Read more on the full story here.

After that incident, RadarOnline released this "telling" report about KimYe's "unhealthy" relationship. An alleged insider reveals:

“The Kardashian family members, particularly Kim’s mom Kris Jenner, are growing increasingly concerned about how Kanye treats Kim... Kris is also concerned about how Kanye acts around the paparazzi. The Kardashians have made their names off the back off being photographed, but Kanye has a real aversion to it... The incident in Beverly Hills last Friday when he walked into the street sign was just the latest in a string of issues that have concerned Kris. When they were in Paris, Kanye kept telling the paparazzi to leave him and Kim alone. But as a manager, Kris wants Kim and Kayne to be photographed; it’s their gig.”

Apparently Kris and the fam were also angered over recent footage captured of KimYe in Paris... West doesn't attempt to open a store door for the pregnant Kim K while the couple's out shopping:

“Like everyone else, Kim’s sisters and mom saw the video of Kanye and Kim in Paris. They were more than a little shocked, to say the least!” the source continues. "Kris told a friend she couldn’t believe that Kanye didn’t think it was the right thing for him to do to open the door for a six-month pregnant woman. But Kris has long lamented that it’s always been all about Kanye — and not Kim.”

The source finally concludes with:

“He’s ambivalent about spending time with Kim and the family unit. As everyone knows, the Kardashians are a tight-knit group so it has comes as a shock to everyone that Kanye just doesn’t want to spend time with them. When he does, it’s like he’s got eyes on the exit door to make a quick getaway... Kim expects to be treated like a princess. She always has been in the past. But with Kanye, she’s not. She can’t see it, however, because she’s besotted. She refuses to soak up just how self-absorbed he is, despite everyone telling her just how it is.”

RadarOnline also throws actress Gwyneth Paltrow into the relationship drama - apparently she witnessed West acting “furious” with Kim at NYC's Met Gala event last week:

"This year it was so intense, it wasn't fun, Kanye West was playing, he was furious, he threw his microphone down, it was all drama."

But according to Kim K, everything's going just fine. She recently revealed to Fabulous magazine:

"I'm definitely more of a recluse since I was pregnant. But I haven't necessarily decided to hold myself back, it's just preparing myself for respecting the privacy of my child and my boyfriend [West]... [We live different lives], but I love being open. That's who I've always been and sharing so much of myself - I love that. That'll never change because that is who I am. It's more about gearing up to protect other people."
