An extended promo for "The Originals" Season 4 Episode 7 shows Klaus bring out his werewolf persona. It is unclear what caused his outburst although the preview teased it involves Hope and Marcel. The trailer below shows Hope talking to Marcel inside his cell.

Viewers may remember that Marcel is still vulnerable to The Hollow's influence. This is why the Mikaelsons still have him detained in "The Originals" Season 4 Episode 7. He might hurt Klaus' daughter if the powerful entity possesses him. It is understandable why Klaus would go berserk when he finds out Hope is missing. After all, he had promised her that he would keep her safe.

Thankfully, Freya knows how to keep The Hollow out, for the time being.
