Beyonce is clearly not the only Knowles girl with vocal and song writing skills. Bey's little sister, Solange's sweet and dainty voice explodes on her latest True (EP). Solo teamed up with the Compton native Kendrick Lamar for the remix version of her smooth and sultry track "Looks Good With Trouble."

The collaboration with Solo and Kendrick seems effortless as the chemistry between the two artists resonates with each bar and harmonized ad-lib. Solo's consitantcy as an entertainer, staying true to her soulful/dance roots is a perfect match up with the rising TDE rapper.  The Black Hippie meets The Brooklyn Hippie on this track, and its a great first impression.

Bey's little sister started as a background singer for Destiny's Child, graduated to a song writer for both Beyonce (solo career) and Destiny's Child, however it was her eclectic style, a melting pot infused with a vintage modern hippie feel, which garnered her fame and and recognition as an artist in her own right.

True (EP) was released online November 27, 2012 by her new label Terrible Records. It is her first album since she severed ties with Interscope in 2009.

What do you think of the Solo and Kendrick collabo?
