Celebs and their nannies either have a great relationship or there is drama, an recently more and more celebrity Nannies are speaking out and filing suit against the celeb parents who they claim deny them wages and over work them.  According to TMZ, Usher's former Nanny Cecilia Duncan is the latest celebrity caretaker to file suit.

In her suit Cecilia claimed that Usher hired her as a part-time nanny back in December 2010 and she worked her ass off caring for his two sons (aged 4 and 5) often exceeding 40 hours per week.

Cecilia felt like she was being overworked without being paid overtime ... and expressed her concerns to Usher in 2011 that she was being shafted, TMZ reported. However, Cecilia was never compensated although she remained employed by Usher until she was fired in September 2012.

According to TMZ, Cecilia is suing Usher for wrongful termination, failure to pay wages, and more -- demanding unspecified damages. Sources close to the lawsuit tell us she wants in the six-figure range.

Usher's camp reportedly reached out to TMZ to demean the suit.  A source close to The Voice mentor told TMZ, "this is a frivolous lawsuit and all the allegations made by the former nanny are completely false."

Are celebrity nannies looking to make a quick buck, or are their some truths to their claims?  Last week the nanny for Diddy's twin girls filed suit claiming that she was underpaid and mistreated by his baby mama Kim Porter.  Another nanny even claimed that Kim used drugs and that the twins were found covered in a white powdery substance.
