Selena Gomez is set to release a new song on May 18 entitled Bad Liar. Allegations tell that it is to slam the "Love Yourself" singer, Justin Beiber. The singer made a song for her ex-boyfriend earlier titled "Bad Girlfriend".

Gomez recently posted on her social media account three mystery photos with signature "Bad Liar", as reported by Teen Vogue. The first photo is a writing scrawled on the mirror with red lipstick. Another is a song title written on her thigh. Though she didn't elaborate more about the quote but many assumed that it will probably be a new song.

The ''Can't Keep My Hands to Myself'' singer is making a countdown to her cryptic post #BadLiar 5.18. Many fans assumed that with Selena being happy with her present boyfriend, The Weeknd, the song is probably for her on and off past relationship with Beiber.

The former couple is known to have been dating since 2010. With the sudden fall out of their relationship, they have been expressing their feud over their Instagram account and aiming at one another with their hit singles. Rumors are now leaking when the lyrics of the song are accidentally exposed: "I put my bags and I'm leaving you, You've been nothing but, a bad liar, bad liar..." A report claimed that it is not the first time that Gomez addressed Beiber in her song.

Gomez' hit single, "It Ain't Me" is also believed to be a song against her ex-boyfriend, as reported by Mail Online. It is reported that it is about a girl who wanted to move on from her past relationship. With 484,000 song sales, "It Ain't Me" (Kygo feat. Gomez) became No. 1 on Billboard Hot 100.

The same reactions are garnered from fans when she released her single "Bad Girlfriend". It is co-written with Charli XCX where she admitted treating one of his exes poorly. Many believed it was aimed for Beiber.
