It appears that fans of Michael Schumacher will continue to be left in the dark. Almost 4 years after the shocking accident that left the Formula One racer seriously injured, there's no news. Sabine Kehm has a reason for everything.

According to Auto Week, Kehm, the manager of Michael Schumacher, defended the family's reason for keeping things private. There has been no news about the F1 champion's condition and fans are worried. However, it appears that the decision was made to protect Schumacher's privacy.

Sabine Kehm spoke to German media recently, revealing the reasons behind too much secrecy surrounding the true condition of Michael Schumacher. "The decision to protect privacy from the public now has been made in Michael's interest," she explained. However, some fans are not happy about this.

Since news broke that Michael Schumacher sustained serious head injuries during a skiing trip in Dec. 2013, there has been little to no update. In 2015, Sabine Kehm said the 7-time world champion's condition was improving slowly. Since then, there have been no official updates from the family.

Months after news of Michael Schumacher's accident emerged, there were rumors that he was improving and was starting to walk and move. Kehm has come out earlier to slam the speculations. She said the rumors were "irresponsible." She also clarified that Schumacher's injuries were "serious."

The Sun notes that also in 2015, the Schumacher family won a lawsuit against Bunte. The German magazine was the first to report that Michael Schumacher was starting to walk. The front-page claim has led other tabloids to roll out the fake news all around the Internet.

Despite the lack of updates, Michael Schumacher fans continue to rally in prayer and hopes that he will return to the public eye again. Fans have shown much love and support to the former Formula One champion. It remains to be seen if Sabine Kehm and the racer's family will release updates on Schumacher's condition.
