'NCIS: Los Angeles' Season 9: Kensi & Deeks Wedding May Happen in 200th Episode of Series

Now that the Kensi and Deeks proposal is done with, fans of are wondering of the wedding will happen in “NCIS: Los Angeles” Season 9. It was a moment that has taken years in coming and the brilliant role-reversal proposal at the season finale will give fans something to talk about for some time. Many speculate that the wedding will happen in the show’s 200th episode. When could be a better time to marry off its most popular characters than in a milestone, right?

 In the last season finale of “NCIS: Los Angeles,” Kensi (Daniela Ruah) proposed to Deeks (Eric Christian Olsen). She has been asked several times before but did not give Deeks her yes. But, after seeing Sam (LL Cool J) lose the love of his life, she realized how short life can be. Making do with the pin of a grenade as a ring, Kensi popped the question. Deeks grumbled that it should be him getting down on one knee to propose at first but he eventually said yes.

With the most awaited engagement finally out of the way, fans are now hoping that Kensi and Deeks will finally tie the knot in the next season of “NCIS: Los Angeles.” Nothing is confirmed yet but it looks more than likely that this is where the popular TV couple is headed according to Cartermatt.

EP R. Scot Gemmill teased that after last season’s “NCIS: Los Angeles” finale, the lives of Kensi and Deeks will never be the same again. The same goes for Sam but understandably in the opposite context. He will be looking into the next season with no wife and his children in military school.

LL Cool J recently spoke about his character, which he has been playing since the beginning of “NCIS: Los Angeles” reports TV Fanatic. He says that with the writers’ help, they have turned Sam into a special character which he thinks has the potential to be one of the iconic characters that people can look back to 20-30 years from now. Many also hope that in the new season, Sam will end up being Hetty’s (Linda Hunt) lieutenant which will give room for Nell (Renée Felice Smith) to become a full-time agent.
