The upcoming action thriller and crime drama Marvel's "The Punisher" on Netflix this November has released new episode images to give a taste of what is expected to the series. Starring Jon Bernthal who has already portrayed the role of the vigilante crime fighter Frank Castle in "Daredevil", Castle is not only a crime buster but he comes with superhero powers making it this his edge. Steve Lightfoot, the show's director will pattern "The Punisher" on its original story in Marvel Cinematic Universe.

In a report from IGN, the newly released episode images of Netflix takes a look at how Frank Castle will look like as he does a scene with his co-stars. Jon Bernthal and Deborah Ann Woll are the two confirmed main characters of the show while other stars include Ben Barnes, Ebon Moss-Bachrach, Amber Rose Revah, Daniel Webber, Jason R. Moore, Paul Schulze, Jaime Ray Newman, and Michael Nathanson. Netflix has also released the poster of Marvel's "The Punisher" showing the signature skull of the character.

Bleeding Cool News reports that an unofficial November premiere of "The Punisher" will take place but they are still hoping for an official announcement from Netflix at the New York Comic Con. Some scenes on the newly released images show the time when Frank Castle was still in the military service in an assignment in Kandahar. Meanwhile, a recently released announcement of casting includes Deborah Ann Wolly as she reprises her role as Karen Page, a New York Bulletin reporter and close friend of Castle in Netflix's "Daredevil."

Rumors of more additional characters from MCU will join "The Punisher", like Matt Murdock or another member of "The Defenders", Marc Spector aka Moon Knight. Spector and Castle have some similarities in military services and thus might be a good connection to Castle and his unit.
