Pauly D New Hair [PHOTOS]: Jersey Shore DJ Pauly D Ditches Blow Out, Debuts New Hairstyle, Twitter Reactions, Kim K. Kanye West Gatsby Makeover

The Great Gatsby film adaptation seemed to inspire celebrities all across the board. DJ Pauly D, the former MTV Jersey Shore star, known for taking hours to maintain his sculpted blow out hair style with gel and tons of spray, made headlines for transforming his hair into a sleek new look, to resemble the book's character Gatsby.

The fist pumping DJ posted the photo on Instagram, along with the hashtag #TheGreatDJGatsby. His followers clearly dig the new 'do. The photo already has more than 87,000 "likes, according to Ryan Seacrest.

It looks like Pauly D is not the only celeb to catch the Gatsby bug, Kim Kardashian posted a picture to her Instagram account last week of she and baby daddy Kanye West with the caption: #ThrowbackThursday #GatsbySwag
