It seems like no matter what Justin Bieber does, he is going to stir controversy. From his on again/off again relationship with Selena Gomez, to interrupting his concert in Turkey for prayer, and most recently showing up two hours late to a concert in London, the Biebs just came seem to stay out of headlines.

Although Biebs is still a teen, growing up in the music industry spotlight, there are few things that he can learn from veterans in the industry. Legendary Rock Bon Jovi, recently had a few words of advice regarding Biebers latest antics in which he mad fans wait for more than two hours at the London O2 Arena. When asked what he thought about the "Take You" singer irritating his fans Bon Jovi said:

"Every generation has guys that do that, none of that is new,"London Evening Standard. "They run the risk of disrespecting their audience members who have worked hard to pay for their ticket, to give you the permission to take two or three hours of their lives - or in that kid's case, 80 minutes of their lives."

Watch Justin Bieber perform "Take You" live at 2013 Billboard Music Awards:

While Bon Jovi has been in the game for more than two decades, he understands that tardiness can happen, but he warned Justin not to adopt that habit at the risk of losing fans. "Do it once, you can be forgiven. Do it enough times and shame on you," Bon Jovi said. "They won't have you back. Then it just becomes a cliché. It's really not cool - you're an a**hole. Go to f***in' work!"

Ouch! Tough Love for Biebs or was Bon Jovi too hard on the teenage pop icon?
