17 years ago this month week "The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air" went off the air and last night there was a mini-reunion in London. Will Smith and his son Jaden were guests on "The Graham Norton Show," alongside Bradley Cooper and Heather Graham. As a surprise to the audience as well as everyone else worldwide, the Smiths did a father-son rap together that soon escalated into a whole medley that included DJ Jazzy Jeff and even Alfonso Ribeiro. Alfonso even did his famous "Carlton Dance" from the popular sitcom!

Graham Norton runs a pretty entertaining show and always tries to make each interview very special. Considering he had a rapping father and son duo on his show, he asked the two to perform together. Will and Jaden had never really collaborated with each other musically before so it was a nice little treat for the audience as well as the two stars.

But they didn't want to stop with just one performance. Will then brought out his former longtime collaborator DJ Jazzy Jeff to turn the performance into a medley. He didn't stop there either!

Then Will made a surprise announcement, bringing former "Fresh Prince" actor Alfonso Ribeiro out as well. Alfonso portrayed Will's nerdy cousin Carlton Banks on the popular comedy series and even had a signature dance move: "The Carlton Dance."

Of course DJ Jazzy Jeff throws on "It's Not Unusual" by Tom Jones (Carlton's favorite song on the show) and Ribeiro breaks into his dance. He does the whole extended dance as well, which shows off the actor's skills quite well.

Then they get Graham over for a group "Jump On It" dance number, thus making the reunion complete with the host.
