"The Voice" is down to its Top 8 contestants and each of them sang for a spot in next week's Top 6 during Monday's two-hour broadcast. Both Shakira and Usher had just one contestant remaining, while veteran judges Adam Levine and Blake Shelton each had three.

Judith Hill kicked things off with a different take on will.i.am and Justin Bieber's radio hit #thatPOWER. It was an interest and outside-the-box song choice for Judith but she used her powerful vocals to add a different flavor to the song and did it all in a feathery ensemble.

Holly Tucker went next with The Band Perry's "Done" and delivered another solid country performance as fans have come to expect from her throughout the season.

The Swon Brothers sang The Eagles' "Seven Bridges Road" and received mostly praise from the judges. Adam correctly pointed out a few pitch issues throughout the performance, while Shakira focused on how the song choice fit their vocals well.

Sasha Allen, the lone remaining contestant on Team Shakira, tackled David Guetta and Usher's "Without You" and delivered a rousing performance filled with soul that diverted from the original enough to make it feel fresh. Even Usher, who should have been the harshest critic of the song choice, praised her performance.

Sarah Simmons was up next with Gotye's "Somebody That I Used to Know" and used the trademark rasp in her voice to move her way through the song. Adam coached her on appearing more vulnerable on stage and she seemed to take it to heart, much to the judges' delight.

Michelle Chamuel, the last contestant on Team Usher, performed Bruno Mars' "Grenade" next and turned in one of the best performances of the night. Michelle has increasingly become a favorite to win it all as the weeks have progressed and Monday night was no different as she used her rocker-girl style and vocals to power her way through the song. Usher even rocked black glasses to show solidarity with his singer.

Danielle Bradbery got a song right in her wheelhouse with The Judds' "Grandpa (Tel Me 'Bout the Good Ol' Days") and crushed it. Like Michelle, Danielle is at the front of the pack (possibly THE favorite) in Season 4 of "The Voice." Blake has coached her well and Adam called her a country star in the making.

Amber Carrington ended the night with Adele's "Skyfall" and closed out the show on a strong note as she showcased her vocal range on a song that could prove too overwhelming for some.

"The Voice" will eliminate two contestants during Tuesday night's results show at 8 p.m.
