Miguel Billboard Awards Drop Kick Lawsuit? [VIDEO]: 'Adorn' Singer Injured Fan Says Suffering Difficulties, Lawyer To Make Decision Soon

Miguel took the internet by storm when he drop kicked a fan in the audience at his 2013 Billboard Awards performance of “Adorn,” earlier this month. While the fan told reported she was "OK" after the incident, it appears as though everything is NOT OK, according to The YBF.

Khyati Shah, the fan who was kicked in the head by Miguel, may be seeking a lawsuit. Shah's attorney, Vip Bhola, told E! News exclusively that a decision will be made soon on whether to file a lawsuit against Miguel pending Khyati's most recent medical results. He noted that the fan has been experiencing "difficulties" as a result of the incident.

"We will determine that after we have feedback from medical providers," Bhola told E! News, declining to give a timeline on when any civil action might be filed.

Miguel and Shah seemed to have bonded. Miguel later tweeted, "got caught up in the moment, thank goodness Khyati is okay," only to delete the post the next day, according to E! News. We shall see how this all unfolds soon.
