Oh snap, y'all. Beyonce might just have a new album coming out this year. According to a fan's report of a backstage encounter on the Mrs. Carter Show world tour, Queen Bey will be dropping new material in November.

According To Digital Spy, Bey fan Olivia Krantz gleaned the info during a tour stop in Oslo. Krantz had won backstage meet-and-greet tickets and used her opportunity to ask when Beyonce would finally drop a new album. Olivia later posted it to her blog.

From the post: "Everything went so fast that I could only say that I love 'Grown Woman' and ask her when her album is coming."

"'In November' was her answer before her gaze drifted to the next fan. Got a faint feeling that she disliked the question."

Apparently, nobody questions the queen. If Krantz account is correct, it seems that Beyonce really didn't want to let that nugget of information out.

Bey has upset fans recently for going on a tour without any new music to back it up. Though her Mrs. Carter Show world tour continues to be a hit with fans (even those who get a little grabby), concertgoers are wondering when they'll see some new (and purchasable) music from Beyonce.

In other tour news, Beyonce has caught a lot of heat for her seemingly ridiculous tour rider demands. Among the list of things the Queen needs: hand-carved ice balls, red toilet paper and titanium straws. (Of course, the outlandish rider demands typically serve as a visual shorthand to see if the venue read the contract. If you don't see red toilet paper, then you can expect other things to be out of place. However, that hasn't stopped people from fussing.)

What do you think? Will we finally have a new Beyonce album in November? Or was Bey simply caught off guard by a question fired at her before a Mrs. Carter Show performance?
