Adding fuel to the break up rumor fire, Miley Cyrus recently posed with a bracelet that read "Nick."(Cyrus dated Nick Jonas for a while and was allegedly spotted at lunch with him recently). As talk of Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth splitting intensifies, this can be viewed several ways.

1.       Miley is having a go at the media: Miley knows that the press are gobbling up every little piece of information (regardless of its validity) surrounding the engagement of Cyrus and Hemsworth. She's spoken out against it several times. At this point, Miley may have resigned herself to the fact that gossip mags are going to talk and is having a little fun at their expense.

2.       She's making a statement to departed fiancé Liam Hemsworth: If, in fact, the split rumors are true, this may be a jab at her most recent ex by holding up the name of the man she dated before him.

3.       Someone handed her a bracelet with the word "Nick" on it: This one's the least juicy, but could also be true. Perhaps someone handed Miley a "Nick" bracelet just because and a photographer happened to snap a pic.

The news surrounding Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth has been very sour as of late. The talk of separate beds, marriage counselors, infidelity and general disharmony culminated in Us Weekly reporting that the duo have called their engagement off.

Neither Cyrus nor Hemsworth have confirmed a split.

What do you think of the photos of Miley? Is she taking shots? If so, at who?
