Ever since we heard that Daft Punk and Kanye West were working together on Yeezus together in Paris we've wondered what the collaboration between the disco-revivalists and the reigning king of rap about the dark side of excess would sound like. Turns out we've already heard it.

It's "Black Skinhead."

The Kanye superfans at Kanye To The unlocked the bombshell that was hiding in plain sight by actually clicking the little info button underneath Yeezy's SNL performance of the song. Kanye is credited as a composer, as are Thomas Bangalter and Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo, the men that make up Daft Punk.

Screenshot for proof:

"It was very raw: he was rapping - kind of screaming primally, actually," Thomas Bangalter of Daft Punk said about their collaboration in an interview with Rolling Stone. "Kanye doesn't give a f*ck."

To anyone who's heard "Black Skinhead" this certainly isn't too far off base. The only surprise is that in the middle of their joyous dance music revival, Daft Punk crafted drums for Kanye that sounded so grimy and dark.

Yeezus has been generating its fair share of news, for everything from cryptic tweets announcing its release, to changes in artwork.

The album will drop on June 18 and, bucking the dominant trend of new music releases in 2013, will not be available to stream prior to its release.
