K-Love Fan Award winner for Breakthrough Artist of the year, For King and Country, and nominee for Female Artist of the year, Plumb, are planning a possible musical collaboration for when they appear at the 103.9 FM's Fish Family Festival 2013, on June 8.

The two musical forces were able to spend at little time together at the K-Love Fan Awards and later struck up a conversation via Twitter.

On June 3, For King and Country tweeted to Plumb about the upcoming performance saying, "@plumb_artist Ha. Ah yes. That'll be good! Wanna join for a song?"  On June 4, she replied, "@4kingandcountry sure! what song????"

For King and Country suggested the song 'Love's To Blame' from their 2012 album, 'Crave.'  On June 7, the band tweeted, "@plumb_artist How about Loves To Blame? 2nd verse onward. DM me your email and I'll shoot you the mp3.."

'Love's To Blame' is a heartbreaking love song about the end of a relationship and the difficulty of moving on.  The dominating vocals with soft piano accompaniment leave plenty of room for musical collaboration and harmony.

This year marks the second annual Fish Family Fest, which is being held on June 8 at Gibson Ranch in Elverta, California.  It runs from 12 p.m.- 6 p.m. and the gates open around 10:30 a.m.  In addition to For King & Country and Plumb, the festival will also feature Brandon Heath, The Afters, The Reel and, Christian Hip-hop artist, Transparent.

The order of performing artists at the event are expected to be: Transparent, The Reel, Plumb, For King & Country, The Afters, and Brandon Heath, closing the show (according to the 103.9 The Fish website).

The festival is held by 103.9 The Fish, a Christian music radio station out of Sacramento, California, and will be presented by Fox 40, Bridgeway Christian Church and Northwest University.  Lance Hahn, Senior Pastor at Bridgeway Christian Church, will also be a guest speaker at the event.  The event costs $15 for adult admission (12 years and up), in addition to a $10 parking fee.  Online ticket sales end today, June 7.
