Chris Brown cannot seem to stay out of trouble, especially with the LAPD. The "Fine China" singer was recently investigated for a hit and run accident in in L.A., his neighbors were irate with his obnoxious graffiti art, now the parking lot brawl between him and Franck Ocean has come back to haunt him.

According to TMZ, L.A. County D.A.'s Office has an active file and is deciding whether to prosecute Brown for battery. Although Ocean never pressed charges, the case is still open. Brown and Ocean got into a heated scuffle outside of the Hit factory in L.A. According to the Jan 27 police report Breezy threated to shoot Frank Ocean.

The altercation began when Ocean approached Brown in the studio's lobby, saying Brown had parked in Ocean's assigned parking spot. Brown reached out to shake Ocean's hand but Ocean refused, the report said. Brown then allegedly punched Ocean in the side of the face, prompting two people in Brown's entourage to join the attack, The LA Times Blog reported.

Could Chris Brown's past behavior, in which he was charged with assaulting Rihanna in 2009 influence the D.A.'s decision?

Brown is still on probation for assaulting Rihanna in 2009. He is due in court today for a probation hearing and the fight with Ocean could come up because Chris was ordered to obey all laws, TMZ reported.
