Sean Kingston was almost caught with a DUI. The Jamaican rapper was walking to his car when TMZ cameras were asking his views on why Flavor Flav third restaurant was closing down.

The rapper didn't have much to say as he opened up his front car door and hopped in the driver's seat, but he quickly got up and out the car and told his friend to drive the luxury car. The rapper then stared into one of the cameras and said, "This is what TMZ wants to catch. They want to catch a DUI, NOT ME!"

Immediately, someone from his entourage came from around the car to tell him not to drive and the rapper told his friend he gave his keys to someone else.

Could Sean Kingston be a spokesperson to prevent Drunk Drivers?
