Did Mariah Carey and Miguel get a little TOO close while filming the music video for their new hit single "Beautiful?" Probably not, but MediaTakeOut.com has a photo that might raise Nick Cannon's eyebrows. According to the infamous gossip webloid, the former "American Idol" sweetheart and "Kaleidoscope Dream" crooner were flirtatiously "creeping" while on location for their sexy new music video. Should the host of "America's Got Talent" have anything to worry about...?

In the exclusive MTO photo, Carey and Miguel are spotted in a small boat, with the 27-year-old singer lounging back in 43-year-old Mimi's arms. Again, the boat is TINY, so perhaps that was the only way the duo could sit comfortably. But still, looks a little too snuggly... Check out the photo here.

The two superstars are most-likely just good friends and co-workers. Hopefully there's nothing romantic going on... Carey and Cannon (plus their two twins) are just too cute for any "controversial" relationship drama!
