Things got a little competitive for One Direction last night. The "Little Things" singers competed in a scavenger hunt on Jimmy Kimmel Live! via Skype.

The intense game pitted members Harry Styles, Liam Payne and Zayn Malik against Niall Horan and Louis Tomlinson. Though the numbers were unfair, Niall and Louis did not seem concerned about their smaller number: it was on.

Kimmel made the boys put on toothpaste mustaches, talk in American accents (which all five did shocking well) and put their underwear on over their pants.

The first competition saw the point going to Niall and Louis. Despite Harry getting back with his mustache first, the entire second team got their facial hair finished before team No. 1. Harry seemed outraged by the outcome, but rules are rules.

Next, the U.K. boys had to talk in American accents. Harry, Liam and Zayn went for a California accent, even proudly remarking they "live in the Valley." Meanwhile, Niall and Louis went Southern for their speech. Unfortunately, Niall and Louis were significantly less convincing, and the point went to Team HLZ.

The final competition saw things getting a little saucy: 1D had to come back with their underwear on over their pants. Niall came back with his skivvies like Superman first but Harry went above and beyond: just stripping down to his black briefs!

But who got the point? Watch the video and what the winners received as a prize below:

One Direction were on Jimmy Kimmel from Nashville to premiere the trailer for their upcoming concert documentary This Is Us. The movie will be released in theaters on Aug. 31.
