Kate Upton Dating Rumors: Blake Griffin New 'Boyfriend' of Sexy Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Cover Girl?

Kate Upton is the subject of almost constant dating rumors. The newest of which is that the 21 year-old cover girl from the Sports Illustrated Swim Suit Edition is seeing Los Angeles Clipper power forward Blake Griffin. 

According to the Orwellian "source" at E!, the pair was seen cozying up at Beauty & Essex in New York City on Wednesday night. Griffin showed up at the hangout and met up with a group, including his Clippers teammate DeAndre Jordan. Upton arrived about an hour later and joined the group. Regular food and drink occurred and then the duo was reported to be cuddling and holding hands. 

Of course this isn't the first time Upton has been declared by the press to be in an athletic relationship. Just in the last week there have been three other rumors of her involvement with big-name athletes.

The first was Maksim Shmerkovskiy, a professional dancer on the program "Dancing With The Stars." The pair reportedly dined together the night of Upton's birthday, so at least that rumor has some teeth to it. Except Upton stated that they were just friends. Then there were rumors she was seeing Cy Young-winner Justin Verlander, and still more that she was involved with Mark Sanchez, the quarterback of the New York Jets. 

At this point, the model is probably hanging out with as many guys as possible just to generate relationship rumors. Somewhat of a dark-humored hobby. But, in the surprise instance that the Griffin rumors end up being true, at least this guy is a lot closer to her age (versus Shmerkovskiy and Verlander) AND good at the sport he plays (versus Sanchez).
