Miley Cyrus Twitter: Songstress Complains About Poor Service at Restaurant, 'Hot Water'

Miley Cyrus appeared to get a little bit irritated today when she was ordering some water from somewhere. She sent out two tweets which showed her frustration including one which is pretty funny regarding the temperature of the water she ordered. The second tweet is just as funny and speaks volumes to what the songstress as well as most people in the world define as "night time".

I am not sure where Miley was where they would have given her hot water when she ordered water. I wonder how hot it was? Do you think they just meant that the water was a little warm or that it was actually hot? Miley seemed to be genuinely upset about the fact that the employee of wherever she was told her to have a good night and it was only two o'clock. This one may have been a bit of an over reaction, but it is still hilarious to read.

Cyrus is coming off a rumor that claimed she had gotten tattoos of wings on her butt, when the rumor reached the songstress, she replied saying she did not have butt tattoos because she is "not that rachet."
