Michael Jackson's teenage daughter Paris attempted suicide on June 5 by cutting herself with a kitchen knife. Although family members insist that Paris is "doing better" after this one-time "incident," authorities tell TMZ that the teen's issues run much deeper. After the bandages on Paris' arm were removed, sources reveal that the damages were "horrifying"... this was definitely not the first time Paris tried killing herself. TMZ recently discovered several rather disturbing images posted on Paris' official Tumblr account... graphic photos representing death, cutting, and self-harm. According to TMZ, "Paris Jackson will be in treatment for months, for a dark depression that is putting her life in serious jeopardy..."

Although several members of the Jackson clan deny claims that the teen's "suicide attempt" earlier this month was a blatent call for help, law enforcement insist Paris' damage runs much deeper than just physical pain. "Paris absolutely tried to kill herself, and it wasn't the first time," an alleged source reveals. Other insiders say that Paris "is deep into the world of cutting" - and her life's at huge risk.

Some of the shocking images show teenagers putting guns in their mouths. The photos that suggest cutting are "graphic and very bloody." In one pic, a girl cuts her arm with a pair of scissors with the caption, "I f#cking hate myself." One gruesome snapshot shows a sliced-up arm with writing over the cuts that reads, "Suicide slice here." Another post shows a piece of paper posing with the simple question: "Why did you try to kill yourself?" The answer: "You told me to be happy."

Other photos reveal the heartbreak of young girls who have just cut themselves - blood is everywhere.

It's evident that Paris Jackson needs help to cope with her delicate emotional and mental state. And it appears that she may want the help... several Tumblr posts also revealed anti-cutting messages.

Family insiders tell TMZ that Paris is "doing better" at UCLA's Medical Center - but she's still in denial and currently fighting therapy.Professionals have allegedly warned the family they need to figure out the triggers that plunge Paris into such darkness so that she doesn't wish to self-harm again.

According to sources, Paris will move from UCLA to another treatment center soon - she could be there for up to 3 months.
