Jessica Sanchez On Glee: Will 'American Idol' Alum Return For Season 5?

Jessica Sanchez has already wowed us as rival diva Frida Romero in a two-episode, end of season arc on Glee. However, according to Wetpaint, the American Idol alum and Me, You & The Music singer may just return for season 5.

Wetpaint asked Jessica about a possible return for season 5 of Glee at TrevorLIVE: 

"I hope so," the former American Idol finalist said. "I mean Jane Lynch is here, so like... [mimes nudging]."

While Sanchez has been busy releasing an album, performing on Dancing With The Stars and at the National Memorial Day concert, and being shouted out by the President of the United States, I think she could find some time in her schedule for Glee.

Showrunner Ryan Murphy even admitted that he hoped he could have Sanchez around for an entire season in an interview with the Manila Bulletin.

"Well, when you have a voice like that, we wanted her to be in every episode this year. But she couldn't because of the tour. She is doing an album so we worked it out that she will probably do two or three episodes so that will probably be 16, 17, 18 when we get into the regionals competition," Murphy said.

With the album out, Sanchez might be free to do more episodes of Glee in Season 5 [mimes nudging].
