Oh, jeez. George Zimmerman's lawyer certainly isn't doing his client any favors. As he is defending a man who is seen as flippant and unremorseful over his part in the death of a teenage boy, perhaps opening the trial with a knock-knock joke isn't the best course of action. But that's exactly how defense attorney Don West chose to open his case that Zimmerman is not guilty in the murder of Trayvon Martin.

Here'sthe joke in its entirety:

"Knock-knock."

"Who's there?"

"George Zimmerman."

"George Zimmerman, who?"

"Alright good. You're on the jury."

The jury didn't think it was funny, in case you're wondering.
