Forbes Magazine is back with a new list.  The magazine responsible for calculating and ranking some of your favorite celebs annual incomes has released its annual 100 most powerful celebrities in the world list.  While the top 20 is diverse it is clear that females are taking over with Beyonce, Oprah, Rihanna, Lady Gaga, and Shakira topping the list.

Oprah leads the pack, holding down the number one spot.  The media mogul brought in a whopping $77 million over the last 12 months. Lady Gaga fell right in line with $80 million to rank in at No.2.

According to Forbes, "fame" equals power measured by "...celebrity earnings over the last 12 months...how often each celebrity is mentioned in print and on TV, and the strength of their Internet presence and how they're viewed by a critical constituency: American consumers."

While the top 20 list consists of several males like Steven Spielberg in at No. 3, Jon Bon Jovi, No. 7, and Simon Cowell No. 17; women are right along with the men topping the chart.  Madonna came in at No. 5, Taylor Swift was right behind her at No.6, and Rihanna came in at No. 13.
