It would appear that The Band Perry really wants to blow something up... literally. Recently they spoke with Country Weekly about possible participation when lighting off the fireworks at the Independence Day Celebration in Nashville. The reason? The band and their father were usually the ones in charge of the fireworks on the Fourth of July, which prompted the band member to tell reporters that he wanted to have a hand in pushing the fireworks buttons, according to Country Weekly.

The Band Perry is playing a concert this Independence Day in Nashville, Tennessee during the Fourth of July Bash. Either way the show is bound to end in fireworks.

The Band Perry aren't the only ones who have an affinity for dealing with heat this week. Toby Keith just had one of his tour buses catch on fire. You can check that story out right here at this link:

The Band Perry has songs like "Done" which is currently out on the radio, and they have one of my personal favorite songs, "If I Die Young". Their edgy new song that is one the radio right now is "Better Dig Two" which is a story about a wife who says she will be homicidal if her husband ever cheats on her, or suicidal if he ever dies before she does. The song is a good one but I still am not really sure whether it is one, or the other, or both. Either way, the song is really catchy and you can give it a listen right here on MSTARS.
