It looks like Taylor Swift is letting everyone in on how she got over her break up with Harry Styles. According to a new interview with Coffee Break, the "22" songstress falls back on her job to help her get over heartbreak. In other words, she just writes more songs in order to put the past behind her. Considering most of her songs are about the subject of heartbreak and/or getting over it, it comes as no surprise that this is her method of dealing.

"I think when you're heartbroken you need music more than when you're not," the 23-year-old singer said. "There's something so beautiful about people who are heartbroken; they think about things much more."

"When you're in love and you're happy you don't need to think; it's just there," she explained. "Love is one of those things that's so simple, you only need to think about it when it's bad. When you write a song about what you're thinking... there's such a gratification and it helps you move on."

What do you think of Taylor's method of dealing with heartbreak?

Harry Styles was recently in the headlines this week after being spotted with 22-year-old model Kara Rose Marshall in New York City. The rumored new couple apparently spent a lot of time together; first they were shopping at the Apple store with Styles' hairstylist, Lou Teasdale, and then they spent some time together Sunday night on a rooftop with friends.

Also while in New York City, Harry found himself mobbed with fans while trying to sneak back into his hotel through a back door entrance. The One Direction singer seemed to stay calm during the ordeal and even waved good-bye to the fans that had just bombarded him.
