Taylor Swift sets off romantic sparks with Matthew Gray Gubler on the 4th of July?!

Apparently, the 23-year-old "Red" songstress was spotted flirting with the sexy "Criminal Minds" actor on Independence Day. Has Swift finally moved on from her Harry Styles heartbreak?

And check it out... 33-year-old Gubler flaunted the same American flag-inspired facepaint... so the duo MUST have spent a "romantic" 4th together! Because no one else does the same thing on America's birthday...
