The Hills Alive Festival in Rapid City, South Dakota, is a completely free Christian Music festival that will taking be place from July 19- 21.  This year's line-up includes Abandon, Alan Greene, AngeLight, At The Wayside, Audio Adrenaline, Bobo Norman, Bec, Big Daddy Weave, Brian 'Head' Welch, Building 429, Children 18:3, Cities Under Fire, Climbing Blind, David Dunn, for King & Country, Hyland, Jason Gray, Jenny Simmons, Jeremy Camp, Jeremy Vanderloop, Lightfall Worship, Love and Death, Manic Drive, Plumb, Sean Dunn, Selah, Silverline, The Letter Black, and We Are Leo.

The concerts will be held at Main Street Square (Fifth & Main St.) on Friday, and in Memorial Park (301 N. 5th Street) on Saturday and Sunday.  Admission is free, however, there are opportunities for festival-goers to offer monetary donations to help support the festival.  In addition, free parking is available at the Civic Center, Central High School and a public parking lot across from Fifth Street.  

Festival attendees are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or blankets, sunscreen and plenty of water with them to the concerts.  Food and merchandise vendors will also be accessible at the festival.  First aid will be available to anyone who may need it.  Pets, tarps, umbrellas, tents and video cameras will not be permitted at the festival.

Children's activities will be going on Saturday and Sunday, from 11 am until 8 p.m. on both days.  These activities include KidsIam events as well as activities at the Children's Ministry tent, such as face painting, arts & crafts and more.  All activities are free and they include inflatables, skateboarding demos, KidsIam Shows and Kidz Church.
