Lil Twist Arrested for DUI, Driving Justin Bieber's Car: Rapper Busted for Speeding in Chromed-Out Fisker Karma, Under the Influence but NOT Drunk, Maybe High? [PHOTO]

Several reports confirm that Justin Bieber's troublemaker sidekick Lil Twist was arrested early Thursday morning (July 11) and charged with a DUI. At the time of the arrest, Lil Twist was driving Bieber's infamous chromed-out Fisker Karma. Officers believe Twist appeared to be under the influence of some sort of substance ... but TMZ confirms that he DID NOT appear to be drunk.

Lil Twist was busted for speeding in JB's pimped-out ride at approximately 3:30 a.m. in Calabasas, CA on Thursday. Twist (Christopher Lynn Moore), was apparently on his way to Bieber's mansion. He was ultimately booked on charges of a DUI and hauled into custody at a local station by police.

As TMZ reports:

When officers approached the car, they believe Twist appeared to be under the influence of a substance ... but we're told he DID NOT appear to be drunk. 

Perhaps he was under the influence of marijuana? The story is still developing...
