Word has just gotten out to the press that Paris Jackson, the 15 year-old daughter of pop star Michael Jackson, has been released from the UCLA Medical Center following her June 5th suicide attempt.

Paris was reportedly let go from the hospital on Tuesday and has been transferred to a residential treatment center, the name of which has not been disclosed. The facility apparently fit the ideals of Paris's legal guardian, grandmother Katherine Jackson, and the girl's birth mother Debbie Rowe.

Paris had attempted suicide last month by cutting her wrists and taking around 20 Motrin pills. T.J. Jackson, Paris's cousin and another legal guardian, testified in court as part of the family's $40 billion lawsuit against AEG Live that the daughter had been hit the hardest by Michael's death.

"Paris has a heart of gold," he said. "I just think the loss of my uncle has hit her at a different level. She's in a tough spot, but we're all loving her and doing everything we can to get her where she should be.

Her brother Prince Jackson had similar thoughts.

"I think out of all of our siblings, she was probably hit the hardest because she was my dad's princess," he said in court. "It hurt a lot, and she definitely is dealing with it in her own way."

The Jackson family is suing AEG Live under the charges that it put too much pressure on Jackson to perform as part of the "This Is It" concert series. The charges also allege the company hired Conrad Murray, a doctor whose irresponsible prescription sleep aids resulted in the pop star's death. The company denies hiring Murray.
